ALL VACCINES ARE MANUFACTURED BY INTERNATIONAL MANUFACTURERS AND SOURCED FROM THEIR LOCAL DISTRIBUTERS.

Vaccinations are available from 14.00 to 16.45 from Sunday to Thursday inclusive.
Please call ahead to book a time and confirm with the nurse that we have the correct vaccines in stock for you.
If you are unsure which vaccines you need or if your immunisation records are unclear, then you will need to book an initial appointment with a physician to clarify which vaccines you need.

Vaccines Currently Available from the Family Health Practice
Diphtheria, Tetanus, Polio, Pertussis, Heamophilus Influenza, Hepatitis B (HEXAXIM - Sanofi Pasteur)
A routine childhood vaccine which is normall given to children from 2 months until 4-6 years of age.
Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (TRIMOVAX - Sanofi Pasteur) UNAVAILABLE
A routine childhood vaccine which is given to children starting from age 6 months until 4-6 years of age.
Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine 13 (PREVENAR 13 - Pfizer)
A routine childhood vaccine which is given to children from age 2 months until 12-15 months.
Rotavirus (ROTATEQ - Merck) UNAVAILABLE
A routine childhood vaccine that is given to children from 2-6 months.
Human Papilloma Virus (HPV-4 GARDASIL - Merck) UNAVAILABLE
A vaccine that protects against cervical cancer and genital warts, and can be given to males and females, 9-26 years of age.
Chickenpox/Varicella (VARIVAX - Merck) UNAVAILABLE
A vaccine to protect against chickenpox in those who have not had the disease. It can be given anytime after 9 months of age through adulthood.
Influenza (VAXIGRIP Tetra - Sanofi Pasteur)
Southern/Northern Hemisphere 2023/4 season.
Typhoid (TYPHIM Vi - Sanofi Pasteur)
A travel vaccine that is heavily recommended in Bangladesh. A booster is needed every 2-3 years.
Rabies (VERORAB - Sanofi Pasteur) UNAVAILABLE
A vaccine series which can be given to children and adults and prevents the universally fatal Rabies disease. No boosters needed unless working with high-risk animal populations. RECOMMENDED IN BANGLADESH DUE TO LARGE NUMBERS OF UNVACCINATED STRAY ANIMALS.
Japanese Encephalitis Vaccine (IMOJEV - Sanofi Pasteur) UNAVAILABLE
A travel vaccine that can be given to children and adults. It is recommended in Bangladesh.
Hepatitis A - Adult/Child (AVAXIM - Sanofi Pasteur)
A travel vaccine series that is given to children routinely starting at 12 months of age, and adults who have not been vaccinated before. No boosters required.
Pneumococcal Polysaccharide Vaccine 23 (PNEUMOVAX - 23 - Merck) UNAVAILABLE
A routine adult vaccine given to individuals over the age of 65, and earlier in some cases to individuals at high risk.
Meningitis ACWY Vaccine (MENACTRA - Sanofi Pasteur )
A routine childhood vaccine which can be given after age 9 months.
